Our boys academy program, located in Hertfordshire, is an award winning organisation that empowers players to reach their full potential, offering the best opportunities for development & exposure.
In our academy program, players will benefit from high performance coaching, cutting-edge facilities, and exposure in the professional environment.
PSA boasts multiple national championships and has facilitated hundreds of boys signing with professional clubs. It's the perfect destination for any player serious about developing their football career.

AT EACH AGE GROUP FROM U7-U16s WE HAVE 3 SQUADS.
Academy - For our highest level of players.
Elite - For new or developing players with huge signs of potential.
Training Only - For players who have potential but are not ready to break into our current squads.

HOW DO WE PLAY?
PSA fosters a creative and tactical style of play preparing players to make the correct decisions in a variety of game situations. Our highly paced sessions demand the absolute best out of the individual player, ensuring we cover a range of scenarios on the pitch.
We cover 6 areas on the pitch as seen from the diagram, and then pick themes.
